Eligibility & age restrictions

Our storefront and website are intended for adults 18+. Tobacco and select lifestyle products may require 21+. We may request photo ID or decline service if age cannot be verified.

Products & availability

Inventory turns quickly. We continuously update pricing, descriptions, and stock, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to adjust orders or cancel items that are unavailable or mispriced before fulfillment is complete.

Orders, acceptance, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once processed and prepared for pickup or shipment. We accept major cards, cash in store, and select digital payments. We may decline orders flagged for fraud prevention or violating our policies.

Shipping, pickup, and delivery

Online orders ship to the address you provide or can be held behind the counter. Delivery windows are estimates—carriers control final transit. Ownership transfers once the package is marked delivered. Report issues within 48 hours so we can assist.

Returns & refunds

• Unopened books, magazines, and merch can be returned within 14 days with receipt for a refund or store credit.
• Adult media, consumables, and tobacco accessories are final sale for health and legal reasons.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once items are inspected and approved.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and site code belong to Bob's News & Books or our partners. Please ask before using our content—we love collaborations and press, but permission keeps things respectful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, scrape data without permission, abuse coupons, or otherwise use the platform in ways that harm other shoppers. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep information accurate and services available, but we cannot guarantee perfection. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Bob's News & Books, our staff, and partners harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms follow Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in Broward County courts unless mutually agreed otherwise.

If we amend these terms, we will update this page and date stamp the changes. Using the site after updates means you agree to the new version.
